Having registered with the site, I got an email through recently about a free 17 part online video instructional of Crazy Monkey Defence systems.

I've watched Rodney King's videos before (as i'm sure many others have) and although I don't think any boxer should completely replace his game with it, It definitely adds something to your ability to fight (at one point Rodney King also says the same thing). So enjoy..

I didn't post this in the Misc. technique forum because I don't want to encourage newbs to learn boxing from videos. I thought advanced strikers could get more from it.

Wrong. No one should learn only from videos.

If you haven't been to a Rodney king seminar or don't train in a gym that already does CM style covers I have no idea why you would try to learn this only from DVDs.

Why are people bumping threads and shitting up my forum lately?

erm what I meant actually was that experienced strikers who know boxing, and so DO NOT need to learn it from a video could appreciate his theories. I did say you shouldn't change to that style. You can get the arse with me but the videos are useful.. move it if you dont like it
