I would just like to point out that this is a reality show, and with all the editing they do, they can really spin situations into all sorts of craziness.
They are making Rampage look terrible, but I take it with a grain of salt. However, the 0-4 does add some credibility to the notion that either Rampage's team is doing something seriously wrong, or Rashad's team is doing something seriously right. I'd say it's a little of column A and a little of column B.
But yeah before you throw that howling hit and run A team superstar to the wolves, just remember it's a reality show. -

I can't believe no one has commented on Kimbo's apparent glee at the thought that one of his teamates might be injured and unable to continue. Being "ready" to step back in is one thing. Actively (and obviously) hoping someone is unable to continue is another. You had your chance, Kimbo, and lost. Bad. Now the other fighters get theirs.

I thought the editing in Episode 4 was meant to show that a little, actually. That was the purpose behind showing Abe Wagner talking to Kimbo about losing. It was clear that it hadn't occurred to Kimbo that Wagner might want to be the one to step back in if the opportunity arose (and frankly, from a fighting skill point of view, he might be a better choice than Kimbo) and it was clear that Wagner understood that if there's a chance for someone to get back in, it will absolutely be Kimbo even if some time has passed and much better fighters have gone out.
If Rashad loses a fighter before Rampage does, I wouldn't be shocked if they pressured him to take Kimbo on. -

It's 0-5, actually. The only guys I could see making it through on Rampage's side now are Scott Junk and maybe Marcus Jones. Zak Jensen only has a chance if he fires a load of cock juice into his opponent's eyes at the start of the match, thus rendering him blind. However, the 0-4 does add some credibility to the notion that either Rampage's team is doing something seriously wrong, or Rashad's team is doing something seriously right. -

Yeah after seeing that clip on page 3 of this thread, I'd say they had video of both coaches looking bad and good. They just probably edited this way because Rashad's team is winning. But Rampage did some pretty blatant bad things as a coach too. Probably would have been difficult to make him look good.
You got to figure the producers or whoever asked Kimbo a ton of questions about the possibility of coming back as soon as he lost. That way they have enough footage to put something in every episode. We don't hear what the person is asking them when they start talking. They're also going to take advantage of any "possible injury" on his team to put in the episodes.
I think Zak Jensen is going to surprise everyone by being the only one on Rampage's team that wins. I also think Marcus Jones has a chance too, but we'll see. It's starting to look more and more like Rampage destroying that door is when he goes 0-8. :PLast edited by Travis17; 10/21/2009 3:17am at .
