I am officially no longer watching this show. This season is just filled with disappointment and stupidity.

one good thing has come from this season. i have gained a new found respect for rashad.

also, i do hope that kimbo comes back into the game this season. if he loses twice then he isn't cut out to be in the UFC and i'll be cool with that. but, i want to see my man get one more shot to show his skills. i especialy want to see him utilize his nascent ground skills (to use a JNPism) to get the fight back to his terms.

i think he's had great fighter potential in the past, he's just 5 years to late to the table. i hope i'm wrong and he has some awesomeness left in him.

oh, and if a coach ever left a team mate of mine on the mat after a loss, i would cross the line of student teacher to call him out. if a coach ever left me on the mat after a loss, i would find a new coach. i don't know what rampage is thinking, but just from rampages douchery, rashad is quickly becoming one of my favorite people in the UFC. that, and he is obviously a good coach as well as fighter.

Rampage really strikes me as a self-made fighter. Someone who didn't rely too much on having good coaches and trainers to get where he is. I think this is why he doesn't seem to appreciate what a good coach does. He has the attitude of "I did it on my own, everyone should do the same". I may be wrong though.

I thought Sims was going to turn it around for Rampage. And I'm getting sick of all the Kimbo bullshit. Lets see the other fighters.

I don't know why Rashad coming across as a douche is surprising to anyone. He seems to be the far better coach, but from what I've seen, both of them have already exhibited major douchebaggery in the past.

it was a great choke. awesome example of how a properly done arm triangle works wonders.

It proves that Hammer House is still stuck in 1998 with regards to jiujitsu.

Also, along with Rashad, Kimbo's coming off as a great guy too. I've got no idea what his future in the sport is, but if we had a "swell bloke of the month" column, he'd be a candidate.

Highway prostitutes have far better arm triangle defense.

    Trust me.
