2nd week in a row he leaves his fighter in the cage, storms off and Rashad has to help the guy up and console him.

That was actually a misleading part of the promo that I saw through immediately. They showed Rashad's guys standing around a fighter and trying to help him, making it look like Rampage had won.

I thought the line of the episode was Wes Sims (I'm going by memory here):

"I train with Hammer House. Mark Coleman . . . Kevin Randleman . . . we're elite wrestlers"

And then gets immediately taken down and subbed

Not to take anything away from Justin, but Simms did nothing. Justin wasn't even hitting him to soften him up.

Simms DID give Justin a vicous stare down before the fight started. Maybe he used up all his energy powering his glare...?

I liked the bit in the middle of the commercials where Kimbo was teaching Zak Jensen how to shank someone.

The beautiful part of all this is that Simms weighed in wearing a thong.

If you win after doing that, it's suspect, but ok.

If you lose after the fact, -you- become suspect.

If you get crushed in an embarrassing fashion, one begins to wonder if you spent your down time as a highway prostitute rather than training.
