3 times a week all bodywieht
Pullups front/reverse
Dips
Pushups
Squats
Calf raises
Abs legraises, crunches, ab wheel, v-ups
slow kicks
Jump Rope
Stretching/Yoga
how's that Chuey? The average American does nowhere near that amount of exercise each week.
