More safer than what? What exercises do you consider dangerous or un-safe.
(edit) Not trying to sound like a dick, just wanted to know what exercises you can't do.

To clarify, I'm talking about a hand-stand while propped up against a wall. If movement is not possible, just unlock your elbows a bit and use it as an isometric exercise.
Or just normal push-ups.
Wall squats are pretty benign on the knees. You just cock your legs at 90 degrees and hold yourself against a wall.Last edited by Nid; 2/04/2004 5:02pm at .
