    Ummmmm! yes and no. It gets all of its power from delivering the acceleration efficiently but the targeting and the timing of locking the heel out on contact have a lot more to do with success than a TKD kick.

    Try it on a bag, just lift up and let the heel extend into the bag from the angle that guy used.

    It alsi gets a lot of power from targeting. Us older guys do that kick to the ribs and groin but there is no better target than the eye socket or jawline. The angle of the kick makes it so it arrives at that location.

    Isn't there a similar video of someone pranking by hiding in a post office box on the street and he gets shot by some guy who happens to be carrying?

    I think more of these pranksters need to get clocked doing the crap they do, except of course the "You've been kicked in the nuts" guys, they're great
