    What makes a McDojo

    I'm curious to nail down the exact definition of a McDojo...Is it one where they charge for every move you make? does it mean that any school that wants prepayment is a McDojo (I don't think so but thought it was prudent to ask). Obviously, belts, ranking certificates and such cost money to make so that doesn't give me issue.

    I think that a McDojo is one where the sensei is interested only in getting you into tournaments for the sole purpose of seeing his school in "lights." then again, I may be wrong. Opinions?
