different process then isolate and doesn't have the bad side effects of the isolation process. thats all i know offhand. but what others said for real, eating is the most important thing.

thaks everyone ,
the thing is i'm trying to get some specific advice here, so ill try to be more clear.
i actually want to be healthy and happy, so i dont want to be dehydrated or bloating.
i dont want to eat before bed, its just unhealthy.
what i eat mostly is fish, sometimes pork, sometimes chicken/turkey and some nuts.
i try to avoid overly hot or damp causing foods,so beef and chicken are minmal, eggs are mostly out, but egg whites are fine.
a lot of advice out there is 1 size fits all and kind of reductionist.

the statement about side effects, i used it as a figure of speech, but really there is no such things as side effects.

i avoid hot and damp foods by not eating them.
i mean energetically(or if you like metabolically) damp inducing foods lik ebeef, bananas etc.
hot like lamb etc.

Wait a sec...something vageuly rings a bell. I just read something about this in regards to chinese cookery. Never heard the word "damp" though. Hot yes, damp no.
I guess I'm back to woosh.
