I don't own one, but I can borrow my mom's whenever I want. It's a Mossberg 590. I'm the one who ends up cleaning it anyway.

    AR-10. Love the .308.

Model 700 in .308 or higher.

Claymores if you have the resources (:

I would love to get one, but the wife would kill me. I have been deprived of a 3rd black rifle and it is not fair.

WR-you need your own shotgun. Go get a Saiga 12. They are a ton of fun.

I already said SR-556, ya queefs. Jk. Anyway, yeah, I've fired a few rounds through one. No problems, nice feel to it too, but I'd like to get some more time behind it. On the down-side, I've heard some negative stories about Gas Piston AR-15 rifles. They're supposedly less accurate and have parts that sometimes interfere with each other. On the other hand, however, I've heard they're far more reliable than DI Gas type ARs. That's whats got me also looking at the SIG 556, though. Great rifles, and built around the Gas Piston system instead of the Gas Piston AR being built around the AR design.

Yeah - to be completely ready for the zombie apocalypse you are going to need a shotty.

Edit: when things go bump in the night the 1911 goes into the back waistband but the barrell of my Winchester Defender goes out the door first.

That wouldn't work for me. I sleep nekkid.

I suppose I could always grip the pistol muzzle betwixt the ass cheeks. Maybe even rack a round that way.

Oh yes. I can crack walnuts.

    Tazer? Seriously?

He might need to shoot more than one homeless person, and that Tazer just wouldn't be up to snuff.

Might be a hoot if he found one that managed to spill 190-pf grain alcohol all over himself before he passed out in his cardboard hooch. More fun than matches and a bucket of screaming, oily rags.
