Fake Navy Seal Annville KY Kenpo School

I am a Army Veteran. I have been in contact with Blacksmithseal who referred me here. Their is an individual name Chris "Gunner" Holmes who has made claims of being a Navy Seal His claims are false. to add further insult to injury, he has recently opened a martial arts school in Annville KY which he calls Tango Down. A Local Martial Arts School instructor in London KY who did promote Holmes to Yellow Belt. School owner alleges that Holmes has bought a black belt certification online. Holmes has also identified himself as a Navy seal to me in person. this is what led me to contact Blacksmithseal.

HA!! Well, the only thing I found on google was this thread!! We are going to need a lot more information than this. Maybe what art he trains in? Under what organization. Who his instructors are.

Holmes studied Hapkido at Elite Martial Arts in London, KY under Will Schnieder. Schnieder awarded him a yellow belt in Hapkido. According to Schnieder he passed himself off as a navy seal and purchased a black belt certification online from some where. Holmes moved to Annville KY Jackson County, he runs a collection company and has established a martial arts school in Annville KY under the name Tango Down.
Holmes tried to get a certification from a Mr. Tony Remy who I believe is a retired Navy Chief and I believe associated with American Hapkido Heuk Choo Kwan Association. Remy found out he was a seal fraud and refused to issue him any rank.

Holmes is listed with the Kentucky boxing and wrestling authority.

If I'm not mistaken, Schneider is associated with World Hapkido Association, but may have acquired some of his HKD techniques from Pelligrini(Combat HKD) seminars.

Schiender was associated with the World Hapkido Association but left that organization in 2005
