We just opened a new gym 3 months ago. We have a full cage, boxing ring, large mat area, heavy bags, all pads, 2 treadmills, bike, weight bench, locker area, changing room. We offer MMA training, circut training for women, self defence and MMA for kids. Open M-F and Sunday. MMA M-Th 7-9pm and Sunday 4-6. All pics submitted were taken during constuction.

Heavyweight- 191-300 lbs?

Isn't HW usually 100 KG+, 190 seems really light.

Thats the way they do it, not to many HW show up that are 191. Usually all above 230lbs

Tis Christmas, the season for giving. help us get in the Christams Spirit by coming to our monthly begginers only grappling tournament.
