    what kind of training is bad for you?
    1. too much training (over training)
    2. any training without the proper diet to go with it
    made those two mistakes in the past.

    in all seriousness though, what about the whole body-hardening type conditioning? sure it makes you able to hit like a train, but it could make someone over estimate themselves like in this vid:

    oh crap, i haven't been thinking about diet at all! what happens if you dont have the appropriate diet?
