Think of the most rural and redneck kinda place in Australia where life prospects are pretty bleak, Manitoba is a colder version of that place in your head.

I just assumed things only happen in New York or Los Angeles, and people who lived in the rest of the USA spent there time trying to get to the aftermentioned cities. So every where other than these places are redneck towns.
At least that what I gleaned from watching american movies.

And yes, there are a lot of terrible places in Australia. But we don't have guns, so you have to get a lot closer to somebody to kill them.

I don't know the differences between the sections of Regina...I recall that all of Regina sucked equally and slightly more than Winnipeg. Winnipeg's water tastes better though.
