Actually yes, it is because we understand what makes a good fighter and that's what we like to see more than two retards bludgeoning each other.

    Jason123, you are a moron.

A good fight does not consist of 2 fighters standing in front of each other throwing punches.

Furthermore, strikes are not the only aspect of MMA.
Footwork, head movement, evading/slipping, takedowns, submissions, etc. are all part of the game.

The fact that you cannot comprehend this leads me to believe that this is how you perceive an ideal fight.

    Oh yes...it consists of

    Footwork, head movement, evading/slipping
Thats why we all watch...thats what we all want to see. HAHA

    Somewhere between running..evading..and more evading.....
and standing in front of each other bludgeoning...somewhere between there is a good fight. Somewhere between there....

Anyways I dont want to hijack this thread...and Ive made my point..agree or not.

Of his 13 wins, eight have come by decision, which reinforces the argument that his fights are boring.
He knocked out his last two opponents in devastating fashion. That's probably a sign that there's more to come.

This is probably the only thing you will be able to comprehend:

Whether or not Machida is boring is a matter of opinion. We can't all be of the same taste, and some people obviously prefer to watch other fighters. My only issue is that whether or not you think he's boring, you're mistaken if you say he only evades and doesn't attack. His counter-attacks are possibly the most devastating in UFC history (see Ortiz, Silva, and Evans). In addition, he has yet to lose a single round in points, definitively outstriking his opponents and controlling the match, even if you don't consider his methods entertaining.

If anyone should come out doing the Techno Viking dance, it's Keith Jardine.

I think it's a little too much to ask him to understand how footwork, head movement, and countering make a fight interesting to watch. He doesn't even understand that you only put one period at the end of a sentence.
