Yup straight armbar, btw I don't care if this isn't taken serious the episode with Alvarez he looked like he was trying to take the guys arm home with him.

Its not worked MMA. Its not worked, and its not MMA. Its two rounds (both shoots), one of sub grap, and one of kickboxing. The Bully loses money everytime he gets tapped or dropped.

I've only seen an episode or two, Eddie Alvarez was on?

I saw that one too. People criticized Shields's standup in that one but I thought he put together a lot of really solid combos and looked pretty good, the "bully" just happened to be able to take a beating.

Okay... but it is obviously scripted to hell right? The "bully" is in it with the guys supposedly being bullied right? The dialogue and setups just look so contrived it can't be real.
