The thing is, Borlaug was many things, like all fightes are. He was a top tier fighter (wrester) and he credits the tenacity of wrestling in enabling him to focus at his other accomplishments in life. Which as you looked at his bio, were huge. Every time Borlaug walked into a boardroom, a palace, funding agencies, ect. he knew he could beat most if not all of them in a fight...and that made a huge difference in his confidence. -

Agreed. I feel so terrible that like many of the people that have responded to this: Penn and Teller was the first time I had actually heard his name.
About a week before he passed away, I checked around wikipedia randomly and found his article. Previously I tried looking for more info on his background but I had no luck. I read the entire article, and I was greatly impressed with his work. I didn't know he was a wrestler either, and I thought "He's more awesome then I thought !" lol
I'm really sad to see him go. I was the first and only person on one of the forums I frequent (For chubby chasers *Snort*) to make a thread saying goodbye. Sadly I only got one reply, but I'm really happy to see this here.
Thanks for making him the badass of the month, and for this post Phrost. Hats off to you.
