Rugbyguy - no. I refuse to watch your video. My instincts are good on this.
The more I think about Rampage coaching the more sad I get:
He waited until AFTER the 2nd round had started to advise his guy about the same fucking takedown, but offerred 0 advice on what to do to counter...."He's doing the same thing...awww man!"
He walked out of his fighters corner after his shitty coaching, didn't even congratulate his guy for having the guts to keep going despite the inevitable (good heart man, tough fight, better luck next time...something)
And the best advice he gave the entire fucking night was (Hesperus will appreciate it) "I don't want none of my guys touching gloves after the bell rings."

1- Rampage is a dick for pretending to call the "titty guy" out as a pick
Go take some energy drinks and run over your self next time

I think we're gonna be depending on Kimbo to provide the stable balanced sane counterpoint to rampage this whole season.
I think he is also going to have team rampages only win.
Also, was I not paying attention, or did Big Country not get picked until near the bottom?

I think some of you are being a little too hard on the big engineer guy. He did try to sprawl pretty much everytime, the other guy's takedowns were just too good for him. He knew the guy was doing the same thing too (before Rampage apparently) and tried to switch it up but couldn't. He tried guillotines off the takedowns as well as kneeing the guy while being shot on.
The cut also opened really early and after that he was rightfully cautious about creating any space. In the first round though the wrestler guy was pretty solid in his gnp and in distributing his weight. He got a little sloppier later in the fight but Big Guy had already bled out. Wrestler guy also was getting good coaching in defending against things early on while Big Guy still had plasma, particularly when Big Guy was trying to work off a high guard (his only real option).
After the second takedown the only option Big Guy really had was to try and defend the takedown and then hold for a stand up and then rinse and repeat. Dealing with a strong wrestler with a decent base shuts down a lot of your options when you're getting punched and elbowed in the head.
That said, Rampage is a godawful coach. How about "frame on his head and wall walk up the fence" as opposed to the ever so helpful "stand up"

^^^ Anybody who comes out for a second round with visible skull get's my respect.

Given that Rampage wasn't going to pick him and didn't know who he was I assume Rashad figured he could pick up some other guys first.

Also, I think he got on Rashad's nerves.
