I have taken up the idea on weight training, and I want to pursue it. Its a part of my need to live a more active lifestyle. Does anybody here weight train? What do you recommend for a beginner?

If you have never weight trained before go to a gym and have a few sessions with a personal trainer to teach you the proper form for lifting. If you do the exercises incorrectly you can hurt yourself.
