    Hell yeah! Hell no!

I strike my girlfriend when I'm falling asleep/am asleep because of MA

When I fall asleep I start making automatic movements, I have had this all my life I remember sleeping with my sister in a tent when I was young and I was falling asleep and dreamed I threw a frisbee and bam I backhanded her in the face by accident. it was not really hard but still Now with all my ma training I sometimes strike my girlfriend with a tricep/elbow strike or forearm How can I solve this?

You can see a sleep specialist and do a sleep study. They might be able to help; everyone kind of has automatic movements when they're falling asleep initially but if yours are too big and harm your bedmate, perhaps they have interventions for that...

Don't worry - this problem will solve itself when your girlfriend leaves you.

In prison your new boyfriend will just knock your teeth out if you lay a hand on him so that should not be an issue I'm guessing.

Have you thought about you or your girlfriend wearing a full redman suit to bed?

If none of the above suggestions seem to work then just put a pillow in between you and stay on your side of the bed.

Sure... in your sleep... you live in Alabama, right?

If nothing else, try leather cuffs, not as uncomfortable as actual cuffs, and relatively easy to remove once you wake up, unless you'd rather sleep alone.

Better yet, just learn BJJ, it's a lot more satisfying at night.

There will be no "next one" if she sees your ex running around with black eyes.

Have your gf sew you into a sack at night like they did back in olden days.
