I dig BJ Penn's weight gaining style. In order to bump up a weight class he takes the path less traveled. Many lesser men would have tried to hit the gym, build up some muscle, but not BJ my friends. No.
No one knows the magic technique that Matt Hughes used to cut so much weight, but BJ's gaining strategy appears simple. Eat. Pigging out in beautiful Hawaii. I love this guy. At my little UFC party everyone else thought I was an idiot to root for him. But I mean, how can you not love him?
