    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Healing stitches and large bruises, mouses

I had my 4th Amateur MMA fight last night, I lost by TKO/Ref Stoppage due to a cut.

I had a pretty deep cut but it's all stitched up now. I have a mouse under my eye (I think I may have been accidentally eye poked with a thumb) and some bruising around the eye too. My question is how do I best care for it so that it will heal faster and stronger?

I obviously listened to the nurse and staff where I got my stitches, keep the wound dressed, use bacitracin and and don't get water in it for the next few days, also no training for a bit.

As far as the bruise goes, all I know to make it go away better is ice and soft massage.

    Any other tips or recommendations?
