    JCVD fight record;

    Located here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Claude_Van_Damme

    His final fight record was 18–1, with all wins being knockouts and the loss being a decisions after two rounds.

    I'd view the wiki page for something like this with skepticism. There's a discussion on sherdog about JCVD's fight record if anyone's interested (link below). I've not read through it so I can't vouch for its usefulness. It came up while I was looking for reliable sources.

    EDIT: hmmm. I had a bit more of a look at the sherdog discussion. Damn there's some bullshit being talked.

    I don't have much experience of it, but from what I have seen I'm inclined to agree.

    Yeah. The news section is ok, fightfinder is useful, but for god's sake avoid the forums. There's a reason the current trollshido theme is "sheerdog."

    I was given the same advice about 1500 posts ago...ah, memories.

    Notice on his wiki page, his fight record is sourced with the following references:

    1. A YouTube Video
    2. His IMDB profile
    3. His AllCelebs profile

    Nothing from a fighting organization, or anything halfway authoritative.

    I smell pungent, watery bullshit.

    I think I'll add to the wiki that he wrestled an elephant. Should get the betting lines up a bit more ....

    Jcvd... To get ready for this fight what would/should he do. Juice maybe? Talk about a marketable name if he wins.

    That's kind of what I was thinking.

    I would have given him props back in the day on pure athleticism and conditioning alone. (I sure as hell wouldn't want to fist fight the guy even today. So what if he was a hacky actor? He's always been in killer shape, and had tight technique.)

    But it's a little late in his career to cross over into sporting competition I would think.

    He should definitely stick with with foreign-language arthouse biopics with metafictional conceits that break the fourth wall.
