    whoa, i'm eating about a 1k cals less than that number, which is 4090.

    at the same time, i AM losing weight. i'm just dead tired all the time.

    No. And as Asriel said, it might actually help (although there is some debate about this). Personally I find its a great way to unwind. Go sit in a hot tub or a sauna on your days off too.

    Remember my calc above gives calories needed to maintain the weight you entered, so a bit less if you want to drop weight.
