Fix your diet. It's gotta be jacked if you're doing all that and not losing weight. Stop doing so much. Focus on the quality of your training rather than sheer quantity. I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm lucky if I can train BJJ twice a week. When my contract expires I might switch to a school that's closer and has a better schedule for me.

You role at 6am? Meaning you wake up before 6am? And you have yoga or Gi class until 10 the night before? So I'm betting you're not getting 8 hours of sleep at night?monday: morning jog, 12-2 conditioning + rolling, school classes, 9pm yoga
tuesday: 6-8am rolling, 12-8 school classes, 830-10 gi class
wednesday: morning jog, 12-2 conditioning + rolling, 6-8 jits class
tthursday: same as tuesday
You also could skip the rolling at the end of class on days that you are tired. Go there and drill and learn, but skip the intense rolling.
Personally I take at least saturday or sunday off completely. A light jog doesn't hurt though. -

I would definitely have two off days a week. Either that or train different muscle groups different days. Maybe do your grappling training 4 days per week and just run on off days. Your body needs time to rest and repair for you to get the most out of any exercise you're doing. Also, if you're burning out and start skipping classes and stuff, your schedule is obviously too strenuous. Keep it at a pace that is difficult, but manageable.

I'm no expert, so I'm just going to tell you what work for me: get at least 2 rest days per week or at least 1 every 4 days and sleep 8 hours per night (you're not getting that every night right now). If you don't let your body recover you're going to hurt yourself and set your training back even more.
You might also consider posting up your diet so the experts can take a look; you may be eating too little, eating the wrong stuff, or simply not eating enough.<insert witty comment> -

I think taking motrin everyday also isn't a good idea. Nothing wrong with Motrin in particular.
I take a few AC&C after really hard jits classes to help me sleep (Its aspirin and Codiene), but not every day. If your body is sore, then it's telling you something. Masking the discomfort with pain killers, even simple ones, is just ignoring the main issue. Taking these on occasion isn't a bad thing, but don't you think if you need them everyday you're doing something wrong?
Instead of taking anti-inflammatories all the time, try to take proper supplements such as glutamine or creatine (nutrition experts chime in here) and try non-medical recovery things like using a hottub or icing sore muscles on a regular basis. Add this on top of a little more sleep and a few days off in the week.
