    Huh. He's actually displaying a lot of kettlebell lifting mechanics. Random stuff in an isometric. I'm pretty damn sure you don't need to hold it that long.

    I've seen this a long time ago, but thanks for the review. If he ever explained how these bridges are used in fighting application, I'd be more than happy to see THAT video.

    Isometrics , in my opinion are great, but 5 minutes on each one might be a bit overdoing it--especially if you actually have heavy things around you could be lifting.

    Yeah, they're way too long, but he's emphasizing some important body mechanics. I think if someone showed him how to properly use kettlebells or dumbells for strength training, he'd be suprisingly good at it.

    He's basically showing how to keep the shoulders in socket during presses and how to fire the lat, which are some key things.
