I'm not so sure. It depends how big the town is, and whether the MMA/judo club goes after the family market.
It will definitely hurt, and probably hurt bad, though--that's for sure. What a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable. -Xenophon's Socrates -

Let's face it. The Koreans have brilliantly marketed TKD for decades and have cornered the kids market everywhere. So, for little kids, TKD will continue to dominate. For ages 13 and up, it's MMA and BJJ crushing all who oppose them....literally...

1) That it doesn't work
2) That it does work"

Hard to say. It will likely syphon off serious adult students, but not the adults who show up for fitness and social activity. As for kids, TKD has that pretty well sewn up.
What may happen is with teen and young adult potential customers who have no kids and are not sure what they want will see that one school will offer a product that looks more like what they on the UFC. Unless they have a subconscious fixation of wearing a gi, they will likely pass over the other two schools.
Chances are that the first two will chug along with their core clientelle and the new school will mostly collect a market that the other two are not addressing.
