How do you get rusin' for a date outta an outline of what I eat during the day?
Actually cowboy, I get asked out several times a week offline, so I'm not online to make a love connection~
However, I do have a brother in Toronto & if I'm ever up around your way, I'll let you know.
If you have a girliefriend, that's even better ;) :p

I eat pretty good. For breakfast its usually cereal, not fuit loops or any of that **** I mean musli and the healthy stuff along with some fruit, scrambelled eggs(sometimes) and coffe.

For lunch its normally a salad roll and sometimes some meat for protein.

For dinner it varies from vegetable soup to spaghetti with viel.

My eating habits are never constant and always changing in variety but mostly healthy.

But thats only one side to the story, the other side is how much exercise you get it really is.

mMmm I love burritos or anything Mexican.
I have the same problem as you where I run outta energy if I don't eat enough.
The problem I had with eating 3 basic meals was that my sugar levels peaked & dropped too much. That's why I switched to 6 small meals a day.
Have you ever tried protein bars as a snack?

    Leodom~

You're quite tall.. 6' @ 170lbs and your wife seems to keep healthy foods in you..
Do you like almonds? They're a great alternative to peanuts.
You can buy them whole & already shelled in the baking isle of the grocery store.. 1/4 cup of them make a great snack and they're high in protein.

    Mr. Mantis~

So you're a lucky man who has a wife who keeps him fed well too? :D
    What are your stats?

    Jenfucious~

Not Kentucky fried chicken I hope..

    Meteora~

*lol* You don't have any fear at all?
You know, if you don't choose your food *lmao* wisely {I can't stop cRaCkInG up!} your organs will get even down the road..

The men with the seXxy accents are surfacing!
I have a brother in law originally from Melbourne and I got to go visit his family a few years ago.
I have never had the piss taken outta as badly as I did when the people we were talking to in a club found out I was an American *LMAO* It was all in fun ;)

That's true, exercise is really important. Besides Martial Arts, what other exercise do you get?
It seems as though most of you guys are eating 3 big meals a day, rather than spreading it out amoung 6 smaller ones.

Sasha didn't analyze my eating habits. She skipped over me.

Sachet, on a scale of zero to five (zero being Homer Simpson, five being a pro combat-athlete) what is your activity level? What are your goals? General weight loss, a running a marathon, or a boxing match? Based on the activity scale and your specific goals you can determine how much food you need and what kind of food is best. It will involve some math though.

Now for something completely different: Check it out, I'm a lightweight now!
