    Daily Food Intake

    How many meals/snacks do you consume daily & specifically, what foods do you include in these meals?

    This is an example of one of my days..
    {I'm a 24 year old female, 5'6" 117lbs}

    Breakfast
    1 cup of Old fashioned oatmeal, 1/4 cup raisens, small portion of scrambled eggs {1 whole, 3 whites} glass of fresh squeeze OJ {tropicana}

    Snack
    yogurt, baby carrots

    Lunch
    Baked turkey breast, wheat pita, lettuce, tomato, apple

    Snack
    Smucker's natty peanutbutter on celery, 1 cup of blueberries*strawberry mix

    Dinner
    1/2 of a boneless chicken breast, yam, brocolli, mixed salad

    Snack
    Whey protein shake


    I also take a multi vitamin..

    Actually I'm in pretty good shape already ;)
    I have a hard time keeping weight on because I have a very demanding day.
    I'm up at 5am.. run between classes & work til 10pm.
    But, thank you for that link.. it's great!

    I'm just trying to get a feel of how everyone here meets their nutritional needs through foods.

    I eat california burritos almost religiously. Excellent source of Protien and pretty much the only thing that keeps me full. I'm very active too so I run out of gas if I don't stuff myself!

    I eat whatever my wife makes or I don't eat at all.

    Standard day:

    Sausage biscuit in the morning, leftovers for lunch, organic vegetables, rice or potatoes, chicken or pork for dinner. (usually) A handful of peanuts sometime in the afternoon.

    38 year old, 6 ft nothing, 170 pounds.
