Well, I guess I'll have to explain it to you. If he truly thinks you're an idiot, then he probably assumes you have a terrible vocabulary. So he keeps it simple so you'll know you're being insulted.

Any other explanations needed pertaining to human behaviour, let me know.

Idiot is descriptive and covers a lot of situations, including this one but I'll save Der the trouble of replying.

You, sir, are an idiot. Some would say nitwit, or nincompoop. I would prefer to use simple terms like fool or just stupid, but that isn't everyone's taste. Others would no doubt describe you as a moronic dimwit or perhaps a fool. People who actual like you might say you are a simpleton or just a little slow. The more vulgar among us would use terms like dipshit, dumbshit, or even fucktard.

No matter which way you look at it though, Der has summed it up nicely, you are an idiot.

This IS fucking unbelievable, but it HAPPENED and it shouldn't have gone like that. And my techniques wasn't really good at all. Never did it to anything but a heavy bag. But it was accurate...
The bolded bit looks like it could be the reason to me. Assuming your knee wasn't pushing him (which is very possible) drugs can do ridiculous things to the body, to the point the pain may not have registered, and if you didn't do it hard enough to K.O. him, then I don't see why he might have just looked at you like you described and try to get back up.

How much do you weigh? IF you are relatively small and the guy you flying kneed in the face is big and drugged up that may have something to do with it.

Why were you hangging around "drugged up" people anyways? Perhaps you were also drugged up? If that is the case maybe you only thought you it was six ft. to fly and hit the guy. In reality maybe you just fell of of a table onto a coat rack or something.
