That sounds like a hell of a lot of fun (Fugitive). It'd be better if they could incorporate submissions into it though.

Why are they fighting and choking? According to wikipedia, it's just touch-tag (or even using a flashlight or calling out their name). These guys suddenly decided it was a good idea for the cop-players to physically subdue the fugitives now?

It's a LARP, bunch of guys who wanna play cops and robbers.
