KY Throwdown 2009, Lets do it bullys

When I swa the thread title, my first instinct was KY (as in jelly)...

If it's the 26th, no can do. Local MMA Ice Fights are happenin that night and an old friend of mine is fighting.

Would you want to or be able to come if it was the 25th 27th or the weekend after? Nothing is set in stone yet.

It could also be possible to do a shoot out as well if that would entice some more folks to come in. I have 25 yard range at my house and can go out farther at the other farm if any one else like to punch holes from farther away. Both of these location are only about 10 minutes from the gym.

a bit late getting back on, things have been busy...

anyway, Sunday the 27th has been picked for the official KY THROWDOWN date.
I hope that efforts made to move the date around for what worked for people, didn’t drive anyone away from coming.

We will try to meet up beginning around 1:30PM to 2PM. Afterward we will get some food for those interested or available.

Please come, this is important to us to help bring the KY Bullshido community together. It seems to be hard to get people in KY to come out of their house to do stuff. So please don’t be that guy. It doesn’t matter If you’re a 8th dan or a noob just come out, converse/share techniques/spar/talk about how sweet your sweeps are or whatever. We can all learn from each other.

I'll be there as well for a special hardcore chuck match. I'm pretty confident that my abilities with qi and nunchaku can shut down any BJJ. Hope to see some challengers.

OK I just realized most of you have no idea what I am doing via your lack of BBC access . I will not ( unfortunately ) be able to join in the festivities ( sp? ) .

Good luck and try to get at least two different people filming on two different ( and hopefully modern ) motion picture capturing devices .

Failure to do so will result with my horrific scorn .
