How about hand sanitizer and wet wipes and paper towels.

I've had to do this: (1) dry sweat with paper towels (2) saturate my hands, feet, neck, hair, ears and other contact points with hand sanitizer and (3) sponge everything else off with wet wipes (4) more paper towels to dry if necessary (4) Shower when you get home to get rid of any residual ringworm spores.

I might try out the Defense wipes. I think I'm going to bring a washcloth, bar of soap, and towel tonight, and see if I can just wipe myself down+ towel off in the bathroom.
Exactly, between the wind and the lake effect snow. Are you biking 3 seasons or 4? I'd suggest getting a good shell suit, whether you use it for biking or not, you'll need something to stop the wind chill hitting you too hard after working out

I tried giving wiping myself with a washcloth+soap+towel in the bathroom after working out today. It was hard to tell how effective it was for preventing feeling gross as hell, as my clothes were still wet when I put them back on (it had rained while I was biking over).
I think I'm going to get some of those athletic wipe things. They seem worth looking into.

Dry yourself with a towel and get to a hot shower as fast as you can. It's a real pain in the ass training without a shower on hand, you won't ever completely get rid of the 'ick' feeling but you can stave off catching fungal infections like jock itch.

    This. Towel = friend.

    Sand?

Seriously just take a bag of clean sand with you can rub it all over yourself (well perhaps not quite all over) it takes off dirt, grime and also exfoliates away your surface dead skin cells leaving you sparky clean. Salt will do it too.

You do feel a bit crispy and crunchy afterwards but you will at least smell OK and be clean. Crispy clean in fact!

If you collect your little pile of grime infused sand and pop it in an old sock; hey presto! a revoltingly smelly, easy to dismantle / hide weapon of destruction for no extra cost!

    Simple!

I learned about this on a survivalist course out in the sticks where there was a lot of sand and nowhere to wash. It may not be entirely the thing for a dojo but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

You might also consider some of the no-shower soap you can get for camping.

    I just found this.
    http://www.performancemma.com/Matgua...body-spray.htm

It's an all over body spray that's supposed to leave you clean and disinfected. They don't say if it will make you feel clean. I would doubt it.
Also, Defense makes their own "baby wipe" product. Like Ka-Bar states, you won't feel clean, but you may feel better than nothing at all and it has the benefit of helping prevent some bacteria growth. So they say. (I like their bar soap product.)
