Found a decent boxing gym at last and half the price of my Muay Thai.
The biggest difference I've noticed already is the sparring supervision, i love it. Second day and i get a coach in my corner for 3 rounds watching every move i make. For some reason MT places like to just cram as many people as they can into a ring and then loosely supervise.
"Boxing is the art of hitting an opponent from the furthest distance away, exposing the least amount of your body while getting into position to punch with maximum leverage and not getting hit."

Haven't on BS forever - you fought Rahulla? That's awesome, that kid is tough as nails.

Yeah he's tough, was a good wake up call for what level i need to be before turning pro. The coaches there told me the hook + straight combo he caught me with would have knocked out anyone else in our weight division. Boxing has already taught me how to actually use my hip and the result has been a drastic improvement of everything, especially my kicks.
We're trying to organise an Aussie TD this year, you better come!
