    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    theotherserge gets the interview:

A friend of mine from way back in the day is working his way up in the MMA-commentary world. He did an interview with me regarding teaching Sambo and some of my background.

Great video, I like it, don't know if it belongs in here, but that is for others to decide. Unfortunately the sound is strange around 9 minutes. I would have loved to see more of the sport rather then just the big black block and your face (don't get me wrong) but you take what you get, right?
Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

    Schools I trained at:
Lotus Club Cetepe Liberdade Sao Paulo
    Renzo Gracie NYC
    New York Combat Sambo

Excellent Q&A, Serge. It really teases with the camera work of the action!

I like how you explained the history of SAMBO simply, but hit a lot of bases I didn't even know existed.

thank you! I really don't like how so many asshats out there are making Sambo part of their autobiography. I'm just this lucky dude that got to train with one of the best on the planet.

the big guys you see working together are two of the monsters I've created, it's just gotten scary to where I'm considering teaching kata or something.. as long as I don't have to fight them any more!!!:happy11:

When I have time, I have so much video I want to post. Just too freaking busy to do so!

Have you heard anything about Fedor in the ADCC? Is that actually happening or did M-1 cut that out of his schedule? I may have overstepped my enthusiasm for that one!

I would have preferred less black box and more footage of throws. I'm picky like that.

Nice video! But I too would like to see less of your face. One thing I would like to see is more of the sambo teaching style you were talking about. I'm always interested to see how other grappling styles teach.

    why thank you sirrah!

I had an awfully busy week and just couldn't get more footage to Scott. I think he was trying to do an art-house secret-sambo-ninjutsu thing.

    but here's more throws:
