    Mystery grip 199x

What is this grip called? I've never been taught it in BJJ or Judo but i'm hitting it from half guard, jamming my elbow in like i'm gonna go for unders but instead pushing out on his bicep to catch that wrist. I also just used it as the grip for sumi gaeshi in judo. Are there any other videos showing this grip? Does it even have a name? It's not a whizzer/overhook cause it's under the arm, it's not what I think of as a 2 on 1 which to me refers to going through the armpit from the rear...

I've seen it called a "Weave grip", I think in reference to this same sweep. I dunno if that was an "official" name for it or just what the dude that was showing me called it.

I have no idea what it's called but I use it a lot when playing deep half guard, usually to defend against potential d'arce attacks or nullify a good whizzer.
