I'm really shocked at some of the bullies on here. The first thing out of the victim's mouth after he's struck is "Don't do that!". As far as I can tell, from there on he's trying to defend himself. Really people, pull your heads out of your fucking asses and get a grip.

If he was invited there for a demo, and he offers to show kata, and then gets attacked, that sounds like a fucking ambush. Even if he initiated the visit by knocking on their door at random, it was they who invited him in, putting on a friendly guise, and the sicked one of the participants on him. I'm not an attourney, but I believe the law was broken at the 3:00 minute mark, when he was first struck. He defended himself, and then said "Don't do that." From there on it's additional charges.

Should point out, I didnt watch this with audio, had no idea what the guys were saying. If he actually pointed out that he didn't come to fight, that is another problem. Has anybody downloaded this yet? Better do it soon before it gets taken down. I almost guarantee that it will.

I transcription of the verbal exchanges on a time line along with a description of each strike, also on a time line, would be helpful if anyone has some spare time on their hands.

just download the video via the links I provided, or google "download youtube videos." That should be evidence enough.

This is just a "me too" post. I am disgusted by what I saw in that video, and I hope there is some justice for the victim.

To me it is worst then disgusting. Can the thread title be changed to include this guy's name so that this thread pops up in Google more prominently if anyone is thinking about going to him or students for training?

Before you do that, make absolutely sure that the video has been downloaded. Can't stress that enough.

If nobody downloaded it yet, and it goes down, that's it, it's down.
Does anybody have it on their HD yet?

Now make 2 or 3 backups just in case something happens to your pc (I speak from personal experience :)

If this thread does get to the point of legal action, this video should be uploaded and used as evidence.

Yeah, what he said, I would hate for this thug, for a lack of better word to be able to bawwlete with out someone capturing it. I will try to capture if it has not already been done and send it to someone that can put it in the supporting members area for prosperity.
