IIF[Edit full post is in cull thread]
Since you are here, maybe you can help us all out:
http://www.gamebredmma.com/instructors.html
Honestly, that was my first time seeing Olympic wrestling weights in pounds and not kilograms. That is what peaked my curiosity. Also, being the 185pd Olympic Bronze medalist is an easy enough achievement to find. However, this gentleman's name has yet to be found. A search for his name does show his multiple MMA fights, it shows nothing about Olympic medals other then the Gamebred website.
If it is a website error, it is a website error. If we are in error, then we are in error. But if this is an attempt at being deceptive then you people are going to get on your case.
Understand something. When you use these credentials as a means of attracting paying customers to your business, you open yourself up for scrutiny. It isn't anything personal, it's just the way business is done. When you accept money to teach a certain skill-set, that skill-set is subject review just like a doctor, lawyer, teacher, etc, and so forth.
You have to accept this and I'm sure Michael understands this quite well considering what he had to go through when this thread was first created. Instead of the whole "you're just jealous" or "don't hate on us" why not provide some facts that would dispel any assumptions of wrongdoing...Last edited by It is Fake; 5/07/2010 2:40pm at .

One thing I don't get about this thread. MProctor offered anyone to come to his gym and it seems like there are several bullies in the area. Why didn't anyone go there, talk to him, roll, and report back what they thought of his skill level?
Yes, 10 months is a big jump from 2 stripe blue to 3 stripe purple, but it's not impossible. I'm only a no stripe blue belt but I bet I can get my purple belt in less then 3 months. Would that mean I'm bullshido, bought my rank, or have a giant red flag over my head?
I'm glad MProctor and Coach Foster jumped on this thread and cleared things up. I just think people were a bit quick in making judgments about a persons rank without actually rolling with the person. -

I rolled with him many times while trained at Foster's. In fact, more than one person that has rolled with him while he trained there has posted. But you're right, someone should go roll with him, but I don't think it should be me because I'm massively bigger than him and I think it would be a bit unfair/non-indicative of his skill. I have atleast 60lbs on him.

Michael Proctor (135 lbs) vs Aaron Macomber (165 lbs)
YouTube- Michael Proctor (135 lbs) vs Aaron Macomber (165 lbs) if you all want to see his ability just watch his fight. i think that taking a guy 30 lbs heavier than you is a decent enough achievement. i do not doubt that Michael earned his rank and i do not doubt he is a skilled fighter. Congrats on the win Michael ill be in around July 30th and id like to roll
