    protein powders and diet supplements??

    i have been doing some weight lifting and some cardio and i was wounding what you guys think of protein powders and diet supplements and other stuff to help muscles grow. i would like to try some and see if it would help me out at all. what would you guys recomend??

    i lifted alot last year but then just quit and im starting over agian so i have me lifting for a month an a half. my goal is to put on some muscle but thats not all i mostly would like to be alot stronger.

    MetRX berry flavor
    mix it with ice
    apple juice
    pineapple/orange maybe
    drink it within an hour of training
    eat a solid meal
    drink one (or 1/2) in the morning ( too replenish after rebuilding) too if you want quick results
    I think a box of 2 dozen is like 30bucks shop around

    Thanks man i will have to try it out!! is the MetRX soy,whey or? and other thing is creatine good for building muscle. i have the K1 creatine but it makes my stomach hurt does anyone else have that the same problem.

    Any thoughts on this? I used it and was happy with it. It tasted okay, but my main concern was good nutrition for muscle growth. Any comments would be appriciated.
