Some guy wants to teach kung-fu at our complex need help

A man who was looking for opportunities to teach outside his home. This gentleman came by yesterday when me and my master were getting ready to teach, but according to his card;

He is "Sibok" David Webb

He's apart of AMERICAN CHI-KUNG INTERNATIONAL LLC

He has a website at www.americanchikung.com ,and americanchikung@yahoo.com

And he teaches Sil-Lum, Choylay-fut, Wing-Chun, Hung-gar, and Mimchi

Didn't get a chance to met the guy, but I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas?

I wasn't sure where to post this so i took to the people who'd know. If there's a problem let me know. Thanks for the help Korean Dragon

I don't have time to delve into it right now but if you go to the website there are a lot of names in there that look familiar, possibly because we already have investigative threads on them. I think the video section speaks for itself.

At first glance I would tell anyone associated with this organization "no" they can't use our training space.
