Trench Coat Mafia? Trench coats FOR the mafia

Awlright, so the corset thing I posted a while back was a gag.

    This isn't.

I told you guys shadowrun was now, and I meant it.

    I give you:

Miguel Caballero, tailor to half of columbia.

These guys make bullet proof casual clothing.

Sadly, their website runs like **** - some e-commerce consultant with more greed than restraint has gotten ahold of them - and doesn't feature their platinum collection, which is their best looking ****.

thanks to them, this is what our president looks like in class III armor

We should totally get together and play Shadowrun...while wearing hot, uncomfortable ballistic armor.

    Greetings.

IMO the ballistic protection offered by that stuff is inadequate.

When you have to wear a suit, it's WAY better than nothing.

There are some occasions where it considered gauche to wear dragon skin, after all.

Most executives with security details are successfully shot with sidearms anyway - think Ronald Reagan or Archduke Ferdinand. There's something about lugging around a long arm that just screams "Assassin!"

I'd buy some of this **** for work if I could fucking afford it.

Alas, with my meager Lone Star salary, I cannot afford...

What the hell is your style? They actually did a pretty good job of covering a lot of stylistic ground. The only complaint I can raise is that the clothes sort of look and fit like **** - probably because they have ballistic shielding under them.

    It's pretty broadly classed.

are you saying you think it is bullshit, ie that the Class III stuff they sell isn't really class III?

Or are you making some other claim?
