Tomoe Nage FTW! Requires more work on Tai Otoshi.

Parliamentary debates seem so much more alive when "maximum efficiency and mutual benefit" is involved.

Sight unseen I'd guess it's the Taiwanese parliament. They love a good punch up. Second opinion whenever the damn video loads.

Sounds like Korean to me, but I don't know nearly enough to stand behind that opinion.
