100% Whey Gold Standard

I didn't see a button to upload the pics, but it's viewable on the link. I decided since I've tried so many supplements, I'd give at least reviews to the products that I found were worth the money. With that being said 100% Whey Gold Standard is an ideal post-workout protein supplement.
-Ingredients-
First lets look at what its got. 24 grams of Whey Protein Isolate, which is currently the most bio available source of protein available, meaning it will digest the best and fastest over other sources. It also contains 5 grams of BCAA's, or Branched Chain Amino Acids, which are basically broken down proteins that aid with muscular recovery. It also contains 4 grams of glutamine, which is SUPPOSEDLY supposed to aid with a lot of bodily functions, however current studies are pointing towards it being over hyped and more or less just an extra ingredient. It also contains digestive enzymes for faster absorption.
-Effects/When To Use-
Its a post-workout recovery protein. It is a Whey protein blend of primarily whey isolates, and the fast absorption means its ideal for immediate (within 30 mins.) consumption right after a workout. It is not a good protein say before bed as it will digest in well under an hour and thus you'll go catabolic (break down your own body for nutrients), which isn't good for recovery. Directly after a lift however, this protein is amazing. I suggest mixing with milk and getting the Milk Chocolate flavor, as it tastes like chocolate milk.
-Remember-
No supplement is a replacement for a PROPER DIET. Make sure you have your diet down before you start using supplements. Only know side effect is farting, and yea expect it.

100% Casein Protien (A good pre-sleep protein, slow digesting over 6-8 hours).
