    wing chun is alright. i agree with sley. i've heard that some special forces guys train in it but its not that effective compared to many other stand up martial arts. for example bruce lee used much knoledge of wing chun combined it and other martial arts to make Jeet Kune do. muay thai could beat wing chun i think even boxing could beat wing chun. the only thing wing chun can do is fast hand movements.

    with all that said all depends on the individual fighter.


    i also believe not one martial art is the best. martial arts is like a triangle wing chun might beat karate yet karate might beat boxing and then boxing might beat wing chun

    I can assure you:

    Martial arts do not boil down to rock, paper, scissors.

    The martial arts which work best are the ones that are stress tested with alive training using the fewest rules possible.

    Even Boxing!? Boxing is everything Wing Chun wishes it was.

    Admittedly I'm a self confessed Boxing nutrider, but still there's no "even" or "I think" about it; give me Boxing over the Chun anytime.
