What's he got over you? Thirty pounds and four inches? Being an experienced pro? Good training (and lots of guts shown) by going up against him. Sparring like this is good because it does 'toughen you up' by pushing your limits.

oww, the kudos are not for the bigger part; the kudos are for fighting someone way better and way faster (that's not a knock). he was taking it easy on you, but you obviously knew this would happen, did it anyway and filmed it. good on you.
i used to fight my instructor like this. i'd try to keep form and trade in a semi-decent manner. he'd politely trade easy shots with me, let me tire, then deliver my ass-whooping. i never recorded them, but i wouldn't care to post those vids here anyway. -

Style: Muay Thai/BJJ/Boxing/MMA--
We have a guy training with us now who has 12 pro MT and 4 pro MMa fights who is 225 lbs, and he did me the same way, lol. I'll try and get vid of the next time we go and post it.
I feel like it's good for us little guys to go with HW's gets us use to watever strength we will coe up against in our own weight classes. I mean I was 149 the day we sparred, lol... -
