    Hell yeah! Hell no!

alex vs 90kg pro fighter from europe

yeah, the title kinda says it all. i put this up on youtube for the lolz mainly, its a vid of me getting an absolute beating from Solomon, a HW fighter who is training for a fight in august. hes had 17 pro fights (cant remember record) and just absolutely owned me. not really looking for criticisms cos i talked to him for a while afterwards about what i did right/wrong, but i thought it would be fun to put on here.

gets fun in the second round, if you like watching people get dropped by bodyshots.

What's he got over you? Thirty pounds and four inches? Being an experienced pro? Good training (and lots of guts shown) by going up against him. Sparring like this is good because it does 'toughen you up' by pushing your limits.

I learned a lot from sparring KK tournie fighters myself... Mostly NEVER enter a KK tournie for God's sake!

oww, the kudos are not for the bigger part; the kudos are for fighting someone way better and way faster (that's not a knock). he was taking it easy on you, but you obviously knew this would happen, did it anyway and filmed it. good on you.

i used to fight my instructor like this. i'd try to keep form and trade in a semi-decent manner. he'd politely trade easy shots with me, let me tire, then deliver my ass-whooping. i never recorded them, but i wouldn't care to post those vids here anyway.

If it makes you feel better I'm at 223 lbs (101 kg) and you'd most likely own me on my feet.
