I'm more curious because in my experience they **** with your reaction time and definitely any sort of tactile interaction, so I'm wondering if he was actually on them at the time and that's what affected his performance, and resulted in that lame split D.

Cannabis is banned because it's illegal. I don't agree with the law, but it would seem quite bad for anti doping people if they were to allow an illegal substance but disallow over the counter products.
