This thread means a lot to me as I have taken up training again and am starting from rock bottom. What you have said in your OP I think should be made more obvious to us all. I am getting fed up with all the arguing and drama I encounter on the web and I think it would do us all good to just "breathe" some more on the mat and not really concern ourselves with what is meager and short term. They are only temporary distractions from what is important in life.
We all need to make a better effort to "breathe" and not give up like so many of us do and have done through life.
