Some of the guys at Kin-Tora cross train here, and I'd vouch for the quality based on their skill, but I haven't been there before. I don't know if the tone of the review is a stab at the other two big MMA places in Buffalo (Buffalo Training Center and WNY MMA), but I've met / rolled with / watched competition or footage of / people from all three places, and they seem skilled enough that I can't identify any big disparity from my lower level of experience.
For anyone in the Buffalo area I would recommend following the op's advice to take the free classes and make your decision from there.
