Boxing is good for fighting but bad if you want to learn how to bake cupcakes. Conversely, cupcakes, while being delicious are bad if you want to learn how hunt big game animals. Both are bad if you want to start a Bobby Brown cover band called 'the Brown Outs'.
Since this thread more or less dissolved and since the answer was obvious from the start about how people on this site generally feel about boxing I'm going to post this high light reel of James Toney.
At 4:05 - 4:15 Toney (as a middleweight by the way, which is when he was at his best) demonstrates what I think the _un should look like. He parries a jab, shoulder rolls a right from Iran Barkley and then gives Barkley a 2-1-2 in such a relaxed and easy way that it looks effortless and he does what I assume chain punching should be. I don't know how clip just that part so here's the whole thing:

Also, let's not forget that Barkley was no push over and a former champion. -

Barkley was way past his best days when he got soundly beat by Toney. I remember that fight quite well, actually.
Not that that takes away from your point in any way..
I was always frustrated by James Toney..he seemed as if he could have been so much more if he had dropped the attitiude and really worked hard at boxing instead of just floating on his natural ability and then resting on his laurels.
Anyone remember Toney-Tiberi ? There was a controversial decision.
